License

This license explains how you may use designs purchased or downloaded from WasslDesign ("the Designs"). Each product page states which license applies to that product. All Designs remain the intellectual property of WasslDesign or its licensors; you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them, not ownership.

Personal License

• Use the Designs for personal, non-commercial projects (for example, a T-shirt for yourself or a gift).
• No selling of products featuring the Designs.

Commercial License

Included with bundles marked "Commercial License". In addition to personal use, you may:

• Print the Designs on physical products that you sell, such as apparel, mugs, tote bags, stickers, posters and similar goods.
• Use the Designs on print-on-demand platforms (for example Etsy, Redbubble, Printful, Printify, Amazon Merch) as part of a finished product image, where customers buy the physical product and do not receive the design file.
• Modify, recolour and combine the Designs with your own artwork.
• Sell up to [OWNER: e.g. 5,000] physical units per design. [OWNER: confirm or remove this limit.]

Extended Commercial License

Bundles marked "Extended" allow everything in the Commercial License with [OWNER: describe the higher or unlimited unit limit].

What is never permitted

• Reselling, sharing, sublicensing or giving away the Design files themselves, in original or modified form, including as part of another bundle, template or "freebie".
• Uploading the files to platforms where others can download them as files (for example digital-download listings, cutting-file marketplaces or file-sharing sites).
• Using the Designs in logos or trademarks, or claiming them as your own original artwork.
• Using the Designs in content that is unlawful, hateful or defamatory.
• Using the Designs to train machine-learning or AI image models. [OWNER: confirm this restriction.]

Free designs

Free designs come with the license shown on their page (usually the Personal License unless stated otherwise).
