Is it really free?

Yes. The Sampler designs are free to download. You only enter an email so we can give you a private Download Hub and an access code.

Do I need an account?

No. You open your Hub with a 6-digit code or the link in your email. If you like, you can turn it into a full account later from inside the Hub.

What if I lose my code?

Request a new code on the Hub sign-in page. It arrives by email in seconds and the old one stops working. Codes also renew automatically every 3 months.

Can I use the designs on products I sell?

Each design states its license on its page and in the download. Please read it before selling products with the design.

Will you email me?

You always get your access code. Tips and member offers only come if you tick the box, and you can switch them off in your Hub or with one click in any email.
